Currently, assisting with Rising Stars and Deerfield Jr. Warriors, Daniel graduated from Lincoln Community High School in Lincoln, IL in 2003, where he participated in basketball & football. Daniel is a four-time Academic All-Conference selectee and coached and refereed with the Lincoln Jr. Railers bidi-basketball program (grades 1-8) throughout high school.
Daniel graduated from Truman State University where he received his B.S. in Biology. He then continued to Logan College of Chiropractic in Saint Louis, MO, and received a Human Biology, B.S. and Doctorate of Chiropractic, D.C.. Coach Oller played on Logan's club basketball team where he competed in tournaments and exhibition games against various universities throughout the Midwest.
Coach Oller also gained coaching experience from assisting with his brother, Jeff, who is the head basketball coach and A.D. at St. Bonafice in Edwardsville, IL. Daniel has worked with kids (3rd-12th grades) through tutoring programs in Saint Louis as well, and is currently working as a chiropractor with Associated Medical Centers, S.C. at Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago.
Coach Oller says that even though offense is equally as important, he believes that having a great team defense is the best way to consistently win games and be competitive.
