Coach Anderson began his playing career at Lyons Township High School, before moving on to the AAU circuit with the Bulls/Sox Academy traveling team. Anderson continued his playing career at Triton Junior College - a team that finished eighth in the nation during his season with the team - and finished his collegiate career at Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. Additionally, Coach Anderson moved on to play professionally for two years for the Chicago Steam in the ABA. Anderson began his coaching career running camps and clinics for six years at the Oak Park YMCA teaching kids between the ages of four and seventeen, before going on to coach the Chicago Demons, a 15U AAU team that took second place in a world tournament in 2010. After his AAU tournament success, Anderson made the switch to Joy of the Game and is looking forward to continuing to teach the fundamentals of basketball to players of all ages.
