    Coach LaRoche played high school basketball at Logan High School in LaCrosse, WI and AAU basketball with Minnesota Select and spent four years as the head student manager with Loyola University Chicago in the Horizon League. He then went on to spend two years as sophomore head coach at Gordon Tech HS in the Chicago Catholic League and has worked the last four years as the varsity assistant coach at Gordon Tech, where the team won back-to-back 3A regional championships ('08-'09 & '09-'10 seasons). Coach LaRoche has been the head coach of the Rising Stars 16U White team for the last year as well as having two years of experience as assistant coach with Rising Stars 16U & 17U Gold. Coach LaRoche is also currently a sales representative for adidas US.
