Hal joined Joy of the Game in 2011 and handles all finance, accounting and human resources related activities for the business. Most recently, Hal served as the Chief Financial Officer of Seat Exchange Corporation, an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of live event tickets. In this role, Hal managed all aspects of the financial operations of the business including accounting and investor relations as well as holding the office of Secretary and collaborating on general business strategy.

Hal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
