Mike Springs, Director of Tournaments

Mike joined Joy of the Game as a full time staff member in 2009 and oversees all aspects of tournaments held at the Joy of the Game Center. He began coaching with Rising Stars in the spring of 2008 when his 16U Yellow Team won the AAU Division II National Championship.

Mike attended Waukegan East High School. He now is the varsity assistant coach for Waukegan High School. Mike has an extensive background in coaching basketball in the area and has coached youth sports for the past 18 years.

Mike conducts private training sessions as well as classes and camps. He runs a variety of skill development classes for players of all ages.
