Joy of the Game New Hires

As part of our continued commitment to our customers, Joy of the Game has added three skilled and talented hires to its expanding staff to enhance each player's development and create a first-class environment.

Jason Okrzesik recently started as a Director at Joy of the Game after working at both the Milwaukee Bucks and RMG Sports. In his new role, Okrzesik will be responsible for player skills development, training, coaching and classes while also being an integral part of the Rising Stars program.  At RMG Sports, Okrzesik developed various training programs for children from 2nd grade through 11th grade, while also coaching the boys and girls Spring and Winter travel teams.  In addition to focusing on the skill development of players in the younger age groups, Okrzesik worked with high school players aspiring to play college basketball, preparing them for both on and off court demands of college hoops.  Okrzesik has distinct local ties, as he was a four-year starter in basketball at Fenwick High School in Oak Park, leading the Friars to back-to-back conference titles, while averaging 18 points, five assists and five rebounds per game as a senior.  As a senior, Okrzesik was nominated for the McDonald's High School All-America Team and Illinois' "Mr. Basketball," the award for the state's top player.  He continued his basketball career Rice University and finished at Northwestern University from 2005-2008 where he was a team captain as a senior, leading the team with a .920 free throw percentage.  Okrzesik played in 50 out of 51 games at NU, making six career starts and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Communications.

Dana Dombrowski recently started in the Administrative department at Joy of the Game after working for almost 3 years at Full Package, as their Director of Operations.  Dombrowski has a strong background in customer service as she interfaced with every customer at Full Package and was integral in the company's programming. In addition to her time at Full Package, Dombrowski worked in Customer Relations and as an Auditor at Arlington Race Course for over 21 years.

Brad Greenberg recently started as Director of Children's Programming at Joy of the Game and will be working with children between the ages of four and nine years old.  He will also be running all birthday parties and party events. Greenberg has been working with children of all ages for the past 15 years in many different capacities.  Besides his responsibilities at Joy of the Game, Brad also teaches physical education and Adaptive physical education at Deerfield Elementary School District 109.  During the summers, Brad is a director at Banner Day Camp, working with campers that are going into first grade.

Joy of the Game has many upcoming improvements on the way and these three hires are a part of that excitement.
