For the first time in company history, Joy Of The Game is expanding to include basketball programming in downtown Chicago, starting with it’s popular General Skills Class for boys and girls 3rd-8th grade. Joy of the Game believes in teaching the fundamentals of the game to kids at young ages. The General Skills Class, which serves as a building block for future JG and Rising Stars success, will specifically teach dribbling skills, dribble moves, passing skills, shooting and offensive footwork to help children improve all aspects of their game. The class will work with players of all skill levels.

Joy Of The Game & Hi-Five Sports Club are bringing THE LEAGUE into the Summer of 2012 with Session 4 for boys K - 8th Grade! THE LEGAUE - SUMMER 2012 is a six (6) week program which will be held on Sundays from June 17 - July 29, 2012.

The 7th Annual JG Collegiate & Top-Player Summer League is NCAA Certified and for competitive players including current and former college players, professionals and others looking for an aggressive basketball experience during the Summer of 2012. (NCAA Certification: Pending)

Rising Stars Basketball Club: Spring 2012 AAU Rosters (8U-17U).

SHAKE-AND-SHOOT for Autism is a B'Nai Mitzvah project presented by Evan and Jenna Just. A 3-on-3 basketball tournament and Dance-A-Thon for kids Kindergarten through 8th Grade will be held on Wednesday, June 13th, 2012, with proceeds benefitting the For Autistic Kids Foundation. A raffle will be held as well with prizes that include iPads, iPhones and autographed sports memorabilia.

This camp was recognized last year with a full-page article in USA Today and will attract college coaches from across the country with high academic standards that include Ivy League, Patriot League and other academic schools at the Division 1 level, as well as top-academic and other schools at the Division III level.

The Chicago Summer Classic is back for Boys 9U-17U. This event is presented by Joy Of The Game, ChicagoHoops.com and For The Game Athletics. NCAA Certification: Pending.

Joy of the Game and Hi-Five Sports are proud to partner together and build upon Hi-Five Sports’ Kinder-Club program, a before and after Kindergarten enrichment program. Sessions will run monthly from September 2011 through May 2012.
